The greenhouse motor overcomes the existing defects and adds a clutch to the reduction gear box of the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor. The self-locking force of the clutch reduction gear box and the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor can ensure the stability of the distance between the switch vent and the power outage. Or, when the temperature control fails, you do n’t need to untie multiple ropes on the chain anymore, you can use the crank to manually shake the sprocket, which can greatly reduce labor and effectively solve the problems in the background technology.

The greenhouse motor includes an AC permanent magnet synchronous motor, a sprocket and a crank. The AC permanent magnet synchronous motor is provided with a motor common line, a clockwise line and a counterclockwise line, and the motor common line, clockwise line and counterclockwise line are respectively The AC permanent magnet synchronous motor is electrically connected. The main shaft of the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor is equipped with a gear meshing with the double gear. The double gear is installed on the clutch shaft. The clutch shaft is set in the reduction gear box, and the upper end of the clutch shaft extends To the outside of the reduction gear box and connected to one end of the clutch chuck, the clutch chuck is set on the upper part of the reduction gear box, a clutch spring is installed on the clutch shaft in the middle of the double gear, and a spring is wound outside the clutch shaft on the upper part of the double gear , The input shaft of the reduction gear box is equipped with two gears meshing with the double gear, the sprocket is installed at the upper end of the sprocket shaft, the upper end of the sprocket shaft extends to the outside of the reduction gear box, and the third gear is installed at the lower end of the sprocket shaft to reduce speed A fourth gear meshed with the third gear is installed on the output shaft of the gear box, and a chuck is provided on the upper end of the sprocket shaft.

One end of the handle is provided with a clamping hole matched with the clamping head, and the clamping hole has a hexagonal structure.

The upper surface of the reduction gear box is provided with a reduction gear box installation hole.

The sprocket is connected to the drive sprocket installed on the shed shaft through the transmission chain.

The clutch shaft is installed on the left side of the reduction gear box, and the sprocket shaft is installed on the right side of the reduction gear box.
