What kind of system can achieve the coolness and comfort of greenhouse construction
As we all know, greenhouses are hot, so vegetables can grow normally in winter. But in recent years, with the popularization of greenhouses for agricultural standardization facilities, we have found that even in hot summer months, some greenhouses can still carry out normal summer seedlings, vegetables, and flowers. Some greenhouses have greenhouses where the temperature at noon in summer reaches 450 degrees and no plants grow. The main factors affecting the greenhouse temperature are light and ventilation.
1. Outdoor electric shading system

The price of this shading net is slightly higher, but the effective service life is 5 years. The roof of the greenhouse is unfolded by the electric motor drive system in summer. Most of the sunlight outside the greenhouse can be blocked, and the indoor greenhouse can effectively reduce 3-5 degrees Celsius.
2. Greenhouse natural ventilation system
Natural ventilation system is to install ventilation holes around or on the top of the greenhouse. Due to the principle of hot air floating, the heat of the greenhouse will be discharged to the outside through the vent on the top, which can also play a certain role in cooling.
3. Fan, water curtain forced drainage cooling system
The principle of forced cooling of the fan water curtain is that the fan water curtain is arranged opposite the greenhouse. The fan discharges the outdoor air at room temperature and high temperature into the indoor high temperature air, and then the outdoor air enters the greenhouse through the water curtain evaporation and absorbs heat, and the cooled cold air. What we care about is the cooling effect of the fan and water curtain. The number of fans, power, water curtain layout area and air humidity will affect its cooling effect. After reasonable arrangements, the temperature in the greenhouse can reach 28 degrees Celsius during the hot summer months.
4. High-pressure spray system
The spray cooling system emits water particles in the air. In the evaporation process, it will absorb a lot of heat in the surrounding environment, thereby reducing the temperature of the surrounding environment. This is an effective way to prevent heat and cooling. The high-pressure spray system can be effectively installed on the top of the greenhouse. (This cooling method is commonly used in greenhouse production in the Netherlands)
